Outdoor Recreation Leaders Program Workshop Tier 2 Camping

Have you ever wondered if there was a better way to plan out your campsite layout? What about meal planning and food safety? Have you wanted to take a closer look at the different gear options out there and try them out? Do you think that camping trips might be easier if you spend a little time creating a basic itinerary?

This workshop is for you – it is geared toward scout leaders, youth group leaders, meetup organizers, and folks who seem to always be the one handling the logistics for their families and friends.

We will send you home with new skills, document examples, and tools. We will have a series of door prizes offered throughout the weekend valued at $50-500. Tier 2 workshops work a bit differently than Tier 1. You have to apply to attend and you should contact Erin if you would like to participate, but cannot make the entire weekend work. Tier 2 is reserved for past Tier 1 participants (anyone who has done a workshop with us to date) and participants who have organized trips for others.

Tier 2 workshops are meant to support those individuals who are trying to actively improve their trip organizational and leadership skills who have taken the time to reflect on past experience and who wish to explore ways to become even better.

All participants should be ages 18 and over (16 and older if with a participating adult).
