Mt Charleston Day Trips Workshop 1: Planning day trips

We are excited to partner with Go Mt. Charleston! for our next workshop series. We are organizing things a bit differently this time. Instead of spreading things out over several weeks, we have booked a group campsite and space to hold workshops to help plan day trips on one weekend. You can come for all of the workshops or just a few. First up, we have our introduction to planning day trips. We will cover the basic information you should research before a trip, share our simple trip planning form with you (trust us, we wish we had it when we first started planning trips!), and practice planning a trip. We will be joined by staff from Mt. Charleston to give you the inside scoop on their policies.

This workshop will be in the Education Center next to the Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway Center.
